The Gavel, in Mexican Cocobolo (Dalbergia Retusa) is, without a doubt, one to the world\\\'s most precious of exotic timbers and is well complemented with the Anvil in Brazilian Lemonwood (Calycophyllum multiflorum). Its striking plate is also in Cocobolo. Each is burnished with traditional French polish and natural waxes for that everlasting finish.

Sold singly or by the pair, these curious yet charming cranked goblets are popular and beg the question "how are they made". Those seen are hand turned in Laburnum, a rich golden brown wood. They are produced in most hard woods with a straight close grain. All are burnished to an everlasting finish.

This carousel holds approximately 10 pair dangling earrings and is made in West African Padauk (piercarpus soyauxii) an extremely rich red and beautiful hardwood. Also available iis a variety of exotic rosewoods at the same price. The earrings, also in exotic hardwoods, are not included but can be purchased separately at £4 per pair. A recent addition are earrings made from Corian, (a fine granite dust and pure polyester resin composition) sold at £7 per pair.
